What to do if you are unable to have your ID password accepted in an iPhone4?

It tells me that the password (or the ID) is incorrect. And there is no way on iphone 4 to enter the code I get for double authorisation. I changed the assword three times, but I get always the same message: that the password is incorrect. I can enter the code on the appleid page, but there is aaparently no communication between the web page and my iphone, which is not listed on the page either.
