Getting this Data:

Just how exactly is it broken? Are you locked out? Or is it physical damage? If physical damage, then get see about getting it serviced to get it back and running. One fixed, transfer it using Quick Start: Use Quick Start to Transfer Data to a New iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

See if it Resides in iCloud.
