The update closes my Keychain and it will not open even when toggled to the on position. Please help!

My Keychain on my iPhone will not open now after the last update. Even when toggled to the on position. Help!

If you don't See your iCloud Keychain Items - Apple Support. Browse what else is on that site too.
iCloud Keychain Availability by Country and Region - Apple Support. If you are in a different country/region, then make sure Keychain is available for you to use.
