Cannot open PDF files in Books app

Since I’ve got iOS15 I cannot open any PDF file in Books app (on iPhone, iPad Pro, MacBook Air).

On the Share Sheet is missing Books app button, even in More Options Sheet it isn’t there as well.

Run out of ideas how to solve this :(

When trying to move a file to Books, the Books icon does not appear. How can I find it? I tap Share but Books is not an option when I try to move the file.
