If my computer has limited warranty I can bring it in to be fixed ?

If it's still within the warranty period yes for a "free" fix. If out of warranty, the answer is still yes but you'll have to pay.

"Limited" means not every single issue is covered. Screen and body scratches are not covered. Neglect and user abuse is not covered. What is covered is legitimate failures that indicate an Apple component failed unexpectedly early.
