How do I block SMS message with multiple numbers?

SMS SPAM I recently changed to iPhone and almost from day one I have problems with SPAM via SMS. I already enabled the option "Filter Unknown Senders" in Settings > Messages, but it made no difference. I can't block the sender because the SMS don't have a number for the sender. Other suggestions?

iMessage SMS spam everyday - no phone number to block Does anybody else keep getting spam SMS gambling/casino messages everyday? Usually there is no phone number just a name (with no option to block/mark as spam on iPhone as the screen with the block option has no number/ name ), I am literally reporting them to 7726 everyday but feel like I’m wasting my time! Doing some research the IDENTICAL messages and senders names seem to originate from these sms generator sites receive-smss.com, etc These sites allow spammers and phishers to hide their true id (the sms messages are not legit marketing messages from casinos as the sms has links take you to some dodgy fake casino websites, which is their aim). PLEASE CAN IPHONE INTRODUCE A FEATURE TO BLOCK THESE ANONYMOUS MESSAGES WITH NO NUMBER?!

You will have to manually block each one. Your carrier may have a service or app that can help with this.

The carrier is not relevant as iMessage is sent p2p using apple service

If the messages are SMS texts, it's the carrier. I have yet to see iMessage spam.
