I like UGREEN enclosures. I had has one Sabrent that kept self-ejecting; others worked just fine. It's all a crap shoot.

Actually your said it right, I misread your question.

Which ones "don't work" for you and why? "Don't work" can have different meanings to different people.

I've had outstanding success with multiple Samsung T7s without touch security. I highly recommend the T7.
