Macbook Pro (16 inch, 2019) not charging even after plugging in to the charger

Hi all,

I am facing an issue with my laptop - it's not charging even after plugging in to the charger.

I have tried resetting the SMC but that didn't work. Tried to charge the laptop with other macbook charger, that too didn't work. The Power Source says "Battery" even though it's plugged to the charger. Battery health says "Normal". The laptop is barely more than a year old and is now at zero percent battery :(
