Adding COVID vaccination record to "Family Setup" Apple Watch.

My kids use Apple Watches that are administered from my iPhone and set up using "Family Setup". Does anyone know how I can add their COVID vaccination records to the wallet app on their watches? This would be so much more convenient than having to carry around a paper record with us.

I set up daughters Apple Watch SE using family sharing. The health app nor the cycle tracking app does not show up. Privacy settings have the health app showing.
