keynote displays

How do you display keynote in only one monitor while using two monitors.

I can accomplish this by clicking on "Play in window" under Play but this is less than satisfactory for me

keynote black screen Hi community, I have a simple question that I haven't been able to find an answer for so far. How oh how when working with two monitors in Keynote, do I set Keynote in such a way that it only uses a single monitor? So no black screen, no presenter display. The black screen makes it impossible for me to present on a Zoom call. I'm hoping I'm missing something very simple here. I'll feel a bit silly, but the problem will have been solved. Dee.

Keynote presentations - how to make Keynote use only two of my three monitors? Hi there I have three monitors. For a Keynote presentation, I want Keynote to use two monitors (1 for the slideshow, the 2nd for the presenter notes/next slide)... but I want to use the 3rd monitor to see my desktop/another app. However, whenever I have 3 monitors plugged in, Keynote automatically uses all 3 monitors. How can I have Keynote only use 2 monitors while presenting so i can use the 3rd for something else? When I go to Play > Customize Presenter Display, I can see how to configure what to have from Keynote in each monitor, but not an option for any of the monitors to NOT be used by Keynote at all. Hope this makes sense. Thanks so much in advance for any advice, much appreciated. Nicholas

Keynote play in window AND show presenter display? Is there a way to get Presenter Display to show if I am playing the presentation in a window (vs. full screen)? I've got an external display connected. I know I can get Presenter Display on one monitor while I get full screen play on the other, but that means I lose some flexibility when I'm screen sharing via Zoom etc. Any thoughts? Much appreciated!

Play slideshow in window is the only way for the presentation to be in play and see other content on the second window.

What is the disadvantage for you playing in a window?
