Blue Outline Box On Parts of iPad Pro Screen & Abnormal Keyboard Behavior

When Logitech Folio Pro Keyboard is connected to iPad Pro 3rd Gen, a blue outline box appears on parts of the iPad screen. This began after 15.1 ios update or the one before. The Apple Store diagnostics confirmed there is no hardware issue with the iPad. It works fine when disconnected from the Folio Pro. Accessibility switch control is off. Full Keyboard access is on. Have tried shuting iPad off and on. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting Folio Pro with bluetooth.

This issue is accompanied with the following issue: when typing in the Safari address bar, the Folio Pro space bar does not work. When space bar is pressed more than once, the left menu appears (showing how many tabs open, Bookmarks, Reading List, History).

These 2 units worked fine together for 2 years until recently. I am hoping that other Ipad users with Folio Pro keyboard may have found a fix for this issue. I suspect some setting was changed with ios update that is causing the issue.

Update. I appear to have resolved the issue by turning OFF Full Keyboard access.

If for some reason you do need full keyboard access In the future, the behavior of Space and other items can be modified by tapping on the Commands button.
