Security and Illegal Activity

Has anyone had a phone cloned, illegally remotely accessed and illegally mirrored?

I’ve tried to call Apple, and all I get is a complete runaround and how secure Apple’s products are. I know at least two, if not all of the above is happening. I’ve seen settings change right in front of me; I’ve seen emails disappear without even touching the iPhone. I’ve seen more weird things than I can begin to list.

I don’t know what to do or who to contact about this.
