HP printer drivers v5.1 for MacOS doesn't work after OS update to 12.0.1
Once I downloaded the file, it says that it only works for MacOS 12.0 and earlier. Is MacOS 12.0.1 not MacOS 12? How should I fix this?
MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 12.0

HP shows an Easy Start download dated Oct 26, 2021, as the support for this device with macOS 12.0. It may find a compatible, incompatible, or no driver, especially since you are on Monterey 12.0.1 and a new M1 MacBook Pro. This device is not supported by Apple's built-in AirPrint for networked devices.
If Easy Start finds a driver, once it is installed, you need to re-add the device from the System Preferences > Printers & Scanners panel by right-clicking on the printer entry and choosing Reset printing system… Select the correct driver for the device and click Add. If you are fortunate, you can print.
Then you are done with this device on Monterey without proper driver support. Reverse-engineering the HP Printer Drivers v5.1 bundle, as it is provided by Apple, is contrary to the relevant licensing terms, which would also make it out of scope for this community as well.
Thanks for that. However, my Mac is still unable to detect my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2520hc printer. Anymore ways to fix this?
Tried it, still unsuccessful
Works perfectly, Thank you so much!!
