Apple order

I ordered my iPad 9th gen at 16th october. After 24 days, at 9th november it got shipped and message with tracking link came that your delivery will be on 15th november. Uptill yesterday there was no records showing on blue dart for my order. Today at 14th november, My order status is showing "shipment delayed", traking option is gone and this line is appearing on my order "Your order can’t be changed at this time. If you’d like to make changes to this order, please try again in a few hours." What would have happened and how soon can I expect my order to be delivered to me ?
