• Which software version is installed on the iPad?
• Is the YouTube app up-to-date: How to manually update apps on your Apple device
• Prior to this starting, had there been any changes such as updating iPad software?

I just upgraded my iPad and have the same problem now with my Smart Keyboard Folio.

How do we report a bug please?
