Convert FLAC Files To iTunes Compatible
Can anyone offer a simple practical method for importing my extensive CD collection, currently stored in a FLAC format on my PC, into iTunes?

Updater,
iTunes cannot do it directly, so get a 3rd party converter program. One good choice is Switch Audio Converter ( https://www.nch.com.au/switch/index.html ) which if I recall correctly was free to trial, $30 to buy.
Note that the conversion process creates a new file in the requested format, and leaves the original (FLAC in your case) in place. You can decide if you want to keep, archive, or discard the originals.

Thanks ed2345, I already used NCH software to rip my cd’s to flac, just looked at my current software, downloaded the code to activate Switch and away we go.
You're welcome. Sounds like you are good to go!
