I have dual Sim. The physical Sim is my business line and I would like to forward text messages from this line to the on-call number when I’m not on call. Can I selectively forward texts to another number or set up DND message on the business line only?

It sounds like you want to know if you can forward text messages from one line to the other or use Do Not Disturb to a similar effect. While call forwarding is possible as covered in the "Make and receive calls" section of the link above, it does not mention text message forwarding. Text messaging and calling are cellular functions of your device, so it might be worth reaching out to your carrier to see if they offer such a service.
