talk about unfunded money
Hi, My 3-year-old child made multiple purchases by the click of a button till there were no funds available on the card but apple still allowed two more purchases and they show as pending. The total was $75.00 which is all I had! When contacting customer support they have never explained how to require a password at purchase they tried to get me to put a fingerprint ID but we did not want to do this at the time so they got me to put in a password on startup which had nothing to do with purchases so they are not doing their job as a customer representative right? I was really upset a representative said" I can not see why you would not get a refund" and they must not review notes from phone calls as I really explained how this affected me. Now they have denied me a refund and I have pending purchases that once money goes into my account they will take but the big thing is and my defence is if I really wanted these apps why have I not downloaded them, that should get my money back if they looked to see that I have not downloaded any apps.
