Two apps sounds are overlapping. One does not stop automatically.

While a sound is playing on an app, when I open another app with sound, both sounds are still plays and overlaps. I'm expecting previous apps sound to stop. For example while I was listening music on Spotify and then I switch to Instagram and watch a video, both video and music voices are overlaping. I want Spotify to stop sound. Is there any settings for that situation?
