So my boyfriend updated his iPad and now he can’t get into it. His iPad keeps saying “configuring ipad” “installing configuration from ‘wellness solutions geriatrics, pplc’” then under that it says “the profile could not be found”. We have re started the ipad but it just continues to say that and it says his account isn’t on it but when we go to add it it won’t let us. 2 images below on what all its doing

The presence of a management profile indicates that the device is centrally managed by an Enterprise or Educational establishment. Devices that are configuration locked by an MDM platform can usually only be released from central management by the platform that manages the device. Be aware that Apple will not assist with removal of management profiles.
Unless you are lucky - and have the option to delete the profile from iPad Settings - you’ll need to seek assistance directly from the System Administrator who manages the device.
