handoff doesn't work in music app

Neither my iPhone nor iPad show up in Music on my Mac as devices that I can Handoff to.

I have an iPhone 12 Mini, handoff is turned on. Bluetooth and Wifi are both turned on. It's using iOS 15.1.

I have an iPad 6, handoff is turned on. Bluetooth and Wifi are both turned on. It's using iPadOS 15.1.

I have a new M1 MacBook Air, handoff is turned on. Bluetooth and Wifi are both turned on. It's using Monterey 15.0.1.

All of my devices are on the same Wifi network.

All of my devices are signed into the same iCloud account.

I've restarted all of my devices multiple times.

I've logged out of my iCloud and logged back in again on everything except my MacBook.

On my Mac, in Safari I can see tabs from my other devices.

Every Apple product I own is frustrating.
