In Monterey there is 2 default durations for Focus:
How can I add or change these? E.g. in Big Sur there was a default duration for "Until tomorrow morning" which was my go-to for a busy work day.
Is it possible to change these?

first open "focus preferences"
and then click the "+" sign in the "turn on automatically" section and choose "add time based automation"
and then on the next page you can set up a schedule that will suit your needs.
EDIT: and if different days need different times, just add additional automations.
FWIW, you could click directly on the "DND" icon without choosing "for 1 hour" or "until this evening". you click it when you don't want to be disturbed and click it again at the end of the day to turn it back off.
that way you can turn it on or off for as long as you need.
Yes I realise that. I'd just thought there might be a way to get the default durations that were available in Big Sur back. Guess not though.
I saw that and it's not what I am asking. I don't want something automated, I am looking for a new default duration that I can enable/disable if & when needed accessed quickly from the menu bar.
So there is no way to create/add a quick duration selection like "For 1 hour" and "Until this evening" ?
