Independent notifications volume settings

Appreciate your effort and quick reply. I do understand that volume buttons are affecting ringer/alerts and "other sound effects" (which, I guess, notifications are in that last category). Nevertheless, I hope you don't mind me iterating my point which is - why it is not separated in the first place. In that sense, I was not surprised by your answer and you're apsolutely right - this is something I should have targeted to the feedback section.

And yes, as embarrassing as it may be, I did describe the issue completely wrong. What I wanted to say is that notification sound volume is directly correlated with media sound volume (and would love to see that separeated). Ringer/alerts can be adjusted independently. My bad...
