Archiving Mail in a Smart Mailbox

I have two gmails & an icloud account in Mail.

Each of these accounts have a folder called "Do Today". I made a smart mailbox to show the messages from these three folders in one place so I could quickly tackle them. This worked perfectly, however after dealing with the message - when I archive it (from the smart mailbox) it comes back to the smart mailbox since it never leaves the actual folder "Do Today" in the specific account.

Does anyone know how I can tweak this so when I hit "archive" from the smart mailbox it actually gets archived in my account?
