Is there a way to communicate with Apple Pay about a transaction?
I would like to communicate with the Apple Pay bank about my account status and a specific transaction. Where can I communicate directly with them?

Apple Pay is a service.
Do you mean an Apple Card transaction? Contact support by opening your card in wallet and tapping on More (the three dots). You can then message or call support.
Do you mean a transaction using Apple Cash Card? You can review your transactions beneath the card. These transactions are just like cash.
Do you mean a different bank card? Contact the issuer.
