I just got a little question. Are rich link previews just like opening up a full page in Safari? Like when you press and hold down on a link in iMessage, a preview of the site shows up. Is that safe or is it just like opening up a full page entirely?

Are you asking dealing with spam/phishing attack texts with those short links? I believe whether it’s a preview or actually opening it entirely is the same risk factor for you.
