Keyboard accessibility

Since the latest update to my ipad I have had issues with either keeping keyboard accessibility off or on.

First I could not see comments in FB so I read to turn ON full keyboard accessibility and that worked. Now I am seeing blue highlight boxes around things, can’t tab in “notes” or even click the space bar to add a note, it won’t space at all. Then I read to turn OFF full keyboard accessibility. Prior to the latest update this all worked just fine. Any solutions?

To leave Access on, tap on the Commands button and clear the special actions given to Space and any other items that cause you trouble.
