Removing Apple ID
So, I bought this phone off of eBay, it’s all unlocked and activated, but I’m having trouble removing the original owners Apple ID, as I do not have their password or email information. Help?

If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them remove the device from their account, the device is worthless. Apple won't unlock it for you.
