is this a legit website? My iwatch activation is locked - I must’ve used a different Apple ID when I got it a year ago and now I can’t connect. I paid for this website to unlock it and wondering if it’s going to work.

Which would be helpful if the question was about SIM carrier lock, but it's about Activation Lock.
It's not going to work. Typically they'll come back to you and ask for more money.
