iPhone 13 mini not responding to tap and touch

Since iOs 15.1 the brand new iPhone 13 I have won't open and is totally unresponsive to touch. I have hard reset numerous times, but can't unlock at all. This also means I cannot restore from a back up, as this needs the 'phone to be unlocked...... HELP!
