GPS Accuracy is Random iPhone 12+
I had an iPhone 7+ and then when iOS 14.1 came out, the GPS started working erratically with all map and location apps. I tried all of the tricks listed below that were suggested and they did not help. Since it was an older iPhone, I switched to iPhone 12+ Pro Max, since a brand new phone should not have this issue. Nothing has changed. Apps such as Apple Maps, Google Maps, and Waze will randomly jump to side streets while I am driving down the highway and then start giving out driving directions like I am driving from side streets. This also happens randomly on side streets where it gives directions like I am 2 streets over.
What is the point in having a GPS if I cannot depend on it to give me appropriate directions? 2 phones same result and seeing this issue all over the internet. My wife's android does not have this issues. I have been with Apple since their first iPhones and always bought the highest memory phones. This will be my last iPhone if this is what is "expected" or is just going to be ignored from Apple.
