Why can I not play some tracks from downloaded album when others on same album will play i,m using windows. Whole album will play on my iPhone!

Once you have signed into your account, go to the bottom of the iTunes Store page and click on Purchased, which is under the heading Features.
At the top of the page that appears, you will be on the Not in my Library page. If you don't see the songs there, try the All tab instead. If all else fails, try clicking on the Support option under Help at the bottom of the page. Or click on iTunes – Official Apple Support and ask them for assistance.

It looks like you're having issues playing songs on a Windows PC. If that's correct, what happens when you try?
Is there an error message of any sort?
Does this happen on multiple networks?

So I deleted one track that doesn’t work and then went into the account list however can not see any where to re load it from other than the store. But the surely I would be charged again. Also the album I have is a special edition which is no longer shown available so a few tracks I had and that are not working are no longer shown available! Argh!

As for my name: a poor choice perhaps, when dealing with certain communities in the USA. Here in the UK, it has a more fun side to it. It is not intended to be offensive and I'm very resistant to changing it.

It tells me I’m not authorised on that PC so I then enter details and it reauthorises that PC but still does not resolve issue. While half the tracks still play!

Delete the faulty tracks from your computer and re-download them from your account list in the iTunes Store.
