CAC PIN Locked

I messed up and kept entering my password to login to my iMac when it was asking for my CAC pin. I didn't realize that it was asking for this, as I've never logged in with my CAC to my personal computer before. Now, I am unable to access DOD websites or login to my computer via CAC. It now says

"PIN Verification Failed, PIN Blocked"

I'm on iOS 12.0.1

Is there a way to fix this?

2 step authentication code I need to upgrade my Macbook pro software from Yosemite til Catalina. But when i go to App Store and press download, i type my apple-id+password and then get a 6-degit verification code on my Iphone. The problem is that the box, in which I'm supposed to type theese 6 degits, doen't show up on my mac. my macbook is from 2015, so it should be able to run this software. any suggestions?

Once you enter your password how do you enter the Verification code? Cannot enter password on my MacBook Pro. Already reset my password on my my Mac Computer and Iphone. I use the code set on my phone but it will not let me in. How should the numbers be entered after the password? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

By going to your password facility and having them unlock your PIN.
