Then your only option is to look for it the old fashioned, trace your steps way. To track a lost iPhone the following must all be true:
- Find my MUST have been enabled before the phone went missing
- The phone must be powered on
- The phone must be connected to a network
Since you didn't enable Find My before the phone went missing, it can't be tracked.
