How can I ALT+tab within the same application?

On macOS toggling between apps is done by Command + Tab where the equivalent on Windows/Linux is Alt + Tab.

If the app supports it, then toggling between open windows within a single app is done with Command + ~.

If you add the Shift key to either one it will reverse the direction.
