Cannot call a certain number

Call Ended" immediately after dialling number (iPhone 10)

Yes, only that one number. The number is in my contacts and we have made sure that the number is not blocked on my phone or the receivers phone. I have tried everything I know to try. I am stuck, I don’t know what to do.

IF that's the only number (if it's correct) then it has nothing to do with your iPhone.
