Menu bar on desktop turns gray by itself. Guys from apple do something about it.

By default, my panel is black, but then it turns gray itself, if you enable automatic hiding of the bar menu, then everything is fine, but I don't want the bar menu to disappear..
Try this, in System Preferences > Accessibility > Display, check "Reduce transparency".
macOS Monterey Menu bar on desktop turns gray by itself.
