Friend iphone Lock by scammer

Hello, my friend iphone was locked by a scammer and the message that pop up saying to go to a Instagram page and paid the scammer money. She told me that the scammer contact her through online app and told her that his iPhone was lost and if she could login to his apple id so he can use find my iPhone. My friend fell for this trick and later the scammer lock her phone most likely from find my iPhone and set it to lost. Now the scammer is requesting money to unlock the phone, where can I get this fix?

If your friend were the original purchaser and can prove it with

a receipt from Apple or Apple authorized iPhone retailer showing

the serial number of the iPhone, make a genius bar

reservation and bring in the receipt, iPhone, and government

issued photo ID to Apple and they may assist in resolving the problem.

If the iPhone was purchased used or there is no receipt, the AppleID and passcode must be recovered

It is highly recommended that you make a Genius Bar Reservation to avoid delay at the Apple store

You cannot. The device can only be unlocked with the Apple ID that locked it. Never give your device to an unknown and never change your Apple ID login on your own device. The phone is a loss.
