I cant do spacing

Hello Friends, I used MacBook Air (M1, 2020)

I have problem when I try to write text into power point, excel or even ms word. My mac suddenly has red or green box like i share on the attachment. The moment those boxes appear, my space bar doesn’t works. The text I wrote keep stay close and sometime it goes some where. I tired, pls help me and thank you for help before
