My account being disabled on iTunes

I’ve been trying so hard to get my account working for sometime now but it keeps on saying, Account disabled what would it be the problem?

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", or "You cannot login because your account has been locked" (it points to the same document), click here and read what to do ➞ https://support.apple.com/HT208856
