Problem reinstalling macOS
I'm trying to re-install my macOS, but when I click on "continue", I just get a pop-up window that says that my eligibility has to be verified online. I have no idea where I can go from there... what can I do?

Hello, thibaultj-p. Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. You’ve come to the right place to get help with reinstalling macOS. We understand your situation and how you have been noticing a message when attempting to completing the installation process. We’re happy to go over any possible solutions for this.
We’re glad to see that you have already been able to read over the Apple Support article that explains the steps for reinstalling macOS. There is some information in that article that we would like to highlight.
According to the article:
“On an Intel-based Mac, if you use Shift-Option-Command-R during startup, you're offered the macOS that came with your Mac, or the closest version still available. If you use Option-Command-R during startup, in most cases you're offered the latest macOS that is compatible with your Mac.”
If you previously used one of these startup key combinations to start the reinstallation, we would suggest that you restart your Mac using the second option next. It may also be necessary to confirm that your Mac is connected to the internet.
If you continue to notice an issue when reinstalling macOS this way, there are several alternative methods provided at the bottom of the article there.
We hope that this information helps you get your Mac started again. Please let us know if you have any other question.
Have a great day!
