invalid keyword

invalid keyword

sometimes when i send a text message i get a dialog saying “invalid keyword. olease try with a valid keyword”. i have no idea why this happens or what it means. Can someone help? thanks.

We understand that you're seeing an invalid keyword alert on your iPhone. Did this only occur when sending messages to a specific number, or was it happening with multiple ones? Also, did this occur after installing any new software on your iPhone?

Hi. I didn’t use iMessage that often so . I installed a vpn recently and upgraded the OS. It seems to be happening on only some specific numbers. I just realized this yesterday. The vpn was turned off at the time this happened.
