Split Screen iPad Pro 11(3)
My iPad Pro 11(3) doesn’t have this “…” for multi-tasking anywhere!? Is there another way to split screen for this iPad?
The Apple derived instructions tell me to tap something that is not apparent.

Have your updated to iPadOS15 - or are you still running iPadOS 13/14?
Multi-tasking features are implemented differently in iPadOS 15 - and it is this major version that uses the new “…” button to access multi-tasking controls.
