contact complication on apple watch, too many steps to complete a call

I bought an apple watch for my mom, who is 91 years old. One of the reasons for her to have the watch is for her to call me in case of her fall. The current complication I can put on her watch is my contact. It still takes 3 button pushes to call me. Can you make a submenu the contact complication, so it would take only one push button to call me? This would be a very important change in case of emergency.
