Transferring or migrating Safari passwords from one Mac/MacBook to another

After migrating a user account from one MacBook to another, I found all my Safari passwords were missing. Not good! I searched the Apple Support posts and Communities messages. All I could find was information on how to migrate or export/import keychains, a process that already took place during migration. Nothing on how to transfer Safari passwords over. Safari passwords cannot be exported from Safari > Preferences.

SOLUTION FOUND: Although iCloud had Keychain selected (on) in the old MacBook, it was NOT on in the new MacBook after migration (although all other iCloud options were selected as in the old laptop). All I had to do was turn on Keychain in System Preferences > Internet Accounts > iCloud and voila! all my passwords now appear in Safari > Preferences.
