Hello NYCowboy04,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with items grayed out in iCloud Settings on your Mac. The related article at the top of the page is an excellent place to start to add files to iCloud Drive. If your options are grayed out, do you have any business profiles installed that would restrict those settings? If not, do you have any Screen Time restrictions as described here: Set up content and privacy restrictions in Screen Time on Mac

We hope this helps.

Cheers!
