Money was deducted for subscription I never got

I paid for YouTube premium and I got a receipt from apple in my email and the money was taken out of my account but it never went into effect

Hi,


If the subscription is still active and you have no access to it, try to Restore Purchases/in-app purchases for that App.

If the issue persists, contact the App Developer for further support with access issues to a paid third-party Subscription.


If you would like to request a refund for the subscription, you can do so on reportaproblem.apple.com or by giving Apple Support a call.
