I am selling my Apple Watch that no longer works. I unpaired it from my phone. It no longer shows in my iCloud list of devices. Is this now safe to sell and the new owner to register when they fix it? Thank you.

I did unpair it from my iPhone and it is not showing up in my devices in iCloud.
I couldn't do anything with my watch itself, as it just stopped working.
I tried the hard reset but nothing showed on the screen.
I just hope this is enough.
