VOICEMAIL

MY PHONE IS SHOWING THAT I HAVE NO VOICEMAIL BUT MY CUSTOMERS ARE TELLING ME THAT THEY CANNOT LEAVE A MESSAGE BRCAUSE THE BOX IS FULL. WHAT SHOULD I RESET OR CHANGE?
