My watch has been acting odd for a few days. The screen is blank but I get notification for text and other. The screen will strobe on occasions, brighter then the flashlight function. I have powered off and restarted. I’m trying to do a hard restart and the Apple icon does not come up. The watch has a full charge according to my phone. Any thoughts?

I think your best option is to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it. If that is not possible use the online Apple Support option. Either way:
